Intercultural characteristics of archetypical images and visual codes in tourist guides and guidebooks

Abstract

Данная дипломная работа посвящена изучению письменного туристического дискурса на материале путеводителей издательств "Афиша", "Полиглот" и "Dorling Kindersley".

Целью работы является выявление визуальных кодов, стратегий убеждения как инструментов формирования архетипического образа всего дискурса путеводителя.

В трех разделах работы выполнено изучение туристического дискурса, типологии туристического жанра, архетипических образов, визуальных кодов, стратегий убеждения, а также выполнен анализ дискурса в выбранных путеводителях.

Работа выполнена на 73 страницах с использованием 45 источников и справочной литературы.

In a represented work we consider a tourism discourse on the material of guides by publishing houses "Afisha", "Poliglot" and "Dorling Kindersley".

The aim of the study is to indentify the way how visual codes and means of persuasion influence on the archetypal image of the tourist discourse.

In three sections of the work we consider tourism discourse, the typology of touristic genre, archetypal images, visual codes, means of persuasion. Also, the analysis of the chosen tourist giudes is presented.

The work consists of 73 pages and used 45 sources and reference materials.
