Abstract

Тема дипломной работы: "Организационная культура и методы ее развития на современном этапе". Объем дипломной работы 80 страниц. Она состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и приложений. В первой главе описаны теоретические аспекты исследования организационной культуры. Во второй главе был описан поэтапный процесс анализа организационной культуры и современные методы ее развития. Третья глава состоит из диагностики организационной культуры компании Kelly Services, а далее на основе результатов даются рекомендации для ее развития. В работе 14 таблиц, 11 рисунков и 7 приложений.

Topic of the diploma: « Organizational culture and methods of its development at the present stage". The size of the diploma is 80 pages. It consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and applications. The first chapter describes the the theoretical aspects of the study of organizational culture. In the second chapter the author describes a step-by-step process of analyzing organizational culture and modern methods of its development. The third chapter consists of diagnosing the organizational culture of Kelly Services, and the development of recommendations for its improvement. There are 14 tables, 11 figures and 7 applications.
