Types of interlingual equivalence in customs terminology

Abstract

Диссертация посвящена видам межъязыковой эквивалентности в таможенной терминологии. Материалом исследования являются тексты нормативно-правовых актов, регулирующих деятельность таможенных органов Российской Федерации, отраслевые терминологические словари и справочные издания, учебная и учебно-методическая литература по таможенному делу и таможенному праву. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении видов терминологической эквивалентности, закреплённых в языке для специальных целей.

The thesis is devoted to the types of interlingual equivalence in customs terminology. The study material are the texts of legal acts regulating the activities of customs authorities of the Russian Federation, specialized terminological dictionaries and reference works, educational and course materials on customs and customs law. The purpose of research is to identify the types of terminological equivalence, fixed in the language for special purposes.
