The geographical structure of local self-governance in Russia as a factor in social and economic development

Abstract

В данной работе автор ставит перед собой цель выявить роль географической структуры муниципальных образований РФ в процессе социально-экономического развития на местном и региональном уровне. В работе будет рассмотрено понятие и основные принципы организации местного самоуправления, варианты его реализации за рубежом, этапы становления местного самоуправления в России, а также его территориальная организация. Во второй главе будут описаны такие явления как структура, а также социально-экономическое развитие муниципальных образований как сугубо географические явления. В последней главе будет рассказано о динамике географической структуры муниципальных образований и о том, как её изменения сказываются на процессе социально-экономического развития мест и регионов.

In this work, the author sets himself the goal of identifying the role of the geographic structure of local self-government in the Russian Federation in the process of socio-economic development at the local and regional levels. The work will consider the concept and basic principles of the organization of local self-government, options for the implementation of local self-government abroad, stages of the formation of local self-government in Russia and its territorial organization. The second chapter will describe the Structure, as well as the socio-economic development of local self-government as geographic phenomena. The last chapter will talk about the dynamics of the geographical structure of municipalities and how these changes affect the process of socio-economic development of places and regions.
