Смагина Е.В. Рецензент: к.ф.н., доц. Кокошкина С.А. Темой данной работы является перевод юмористических произведений С. Довлатова на итальянский язык (на примере сборников «Записные книжки» и «Чемодан»). Объектом исследования являются юмористические тексты С. Довлатова и комические элементы, встречающиеся в них. Целью исследования было выявление основных особенностей перевода юмористического текста и определение адекватности перевода, выполненного итальянской переводчицей Л.Сальмон. В первой главе данного исследования изучаются основные проблемы художественного перевода, выявляются основные переводческие цели и наиболее эффективные способы их достижения. Кроме того, исследуется понятие «юмористического» и рассматриваются особенности перевода комического элемента в тексте. Основные понятия данного раздела исследования: адекватность и эквивалентность художественного перевода, функциональный перевод, перевод игры слов, перевод имён собственных, передача контаминированной лексики, перевод реалий. Во второй главе выпускной квалификационной работы анализируются примеры перевода на итальянский язык юмористического элемента в сборниках С. Довлатова «Чемодан» и «Записные книжки»: выявляются главные проблемы, с которыми столкнулся переводчик, комментируются недостатки перевода (стилистические и семантические сдвиги) и отмечаются наиболее удачные решения. В заключительной части подводятся итоги исследования, отмечается высокая степень адекватности перевода некоторых элементов юмористического текста (например, таких, как игра слов), даётся критическая оценка наиболее сложных моментов для переводчика, в первую очередь связанных с самобытным авторским стилем С. Довлатова.

Smagina Reviewer: Ph.D., associate professor S.А. Kokoshkina The theme of this diploma paper is the translation of S. Dovlatov’s comic works to Italian language illustrated by his collections of short stories «The Suitcase» and «Notebooks». The subject of the research is the humorous text of S. Dovlatov and its comic elements. The aim of the study is to identify the main features of the translation of the humorous text and to determine the adequacy of the translation done by the Italian translator Laura Salmon. The first chapter of this research is dedicated to the main problems of the literary translation, its goals and the most effective ways to achieve them. On top of that, the term «humorous» and the peculiarities of the translation of the comic elements in the text are researched. The main concepts of this section: the adequacy and equivalence of the literary translation, the functional translation, the translation of the wordplay, the translation of the given names, the translation of the contaminated speech, the translation of the national realities. The second chapter of the qualification work examines the examples of the Italian translations of Dovlatov`s comic element, the main problems the translator faced, as well as translation failures (stylistic and semantic shifts). The most successful solutions of the translation problems are underlined. As a result, it has been discovered that there is a high degree of adequacy of the translation of some comic elements (for example, word game). Besides, the critical assessment of the most difficult problems for the translator (particularly those associated with the original style of S.Dovlatov) is presented.
