Geography of regional civil aviation in Russia

Abstract

В работе автор рассматривает географию гражданской региональной авиации в России в целом и в выделенном автором Южном авиационном кластере. В работе формируется и актуализируется теоретико-методологическая база исследования, анализируется опыт исследования географии региональной гражданской авиации в России, выделяются нормативно-правовые основы развития региональной авиации в России, рассматривается динамика пассажиропотока, пассажирооборота и количества аэропортов в России за постсоветский период, выделяются особенности вовлеченности регионов России в систему региональной авиации, производится классификация аэропортов Южного авиационного кластера.

In the paper, the author examines the geography of civil regional aviation in Russia as a whole and in the Southern Aviation Cluster identified by the author. The paper forms and updates the theoretical and methodological basis of the study, analyzes the experience of studying the geography of regional civil aviation in Russia, highlights the regulatory framework for the development of regional aviation in Russia, examines the dynamics of passenger traffic, passenger turnover and the number of airports in Russia over the post-Soviet period, highlights the features of the involvement of regions Russia into the system of regional aviation, the classification of the airports of the Southern Aviation Cluster is being carried out.
