Contemporary issues of Russian-German relations (2012 - 2016)

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена актуальным проблемам российско-германских отношений, поставившим под удар целую эпоху партнерства стран. Целью данной работы является выявление проблем и разработка прогноза развития российско-германских отношений. В исследовании проанализирован объем и проблемы российско-германского сотрудничества до развития структурных кризисов, рассмотрены двусторонние взаимодействия стран и контакты на международных площадках. Выявлены проблемы в отношениях России и Германии, сформировавшиеся и обострившиеся в результате Украинского и Сирийского кризисов. На основе неореалистической парадигмы международных отношений, сформирован наиболее комплексный и адекватный реальности перечень проблем во взаимодействиях России и Германии, прослеживаются этапы и причины их проявления, попытки урегулирования ситуации сторонами. Также в работе выявлен подходящий индикатор для анализа развития российско-германских отношений в будущем, в том числе в контексте разрешения проблем между странами. На основе проведенного в работе анализа сделан прогноз относительно развития отношений России и Германии.

This work is devoted to the actual problems of Russian-German relations, which jeopardized an entire era of partnership. The aim of this work is to identify the problems and to develop the forecast for Russian-German relations. The study analyzed the scope and problems of Russian-German cooperation before the development of the structural crises, as well as bilateral cooperation between the countries and contacts on the international base. This study identifies problems in relations between Russia and Germany, which have formed and aggravated as a result of Ukrainian and Syrian crises. On the basis of neo-realist paradigm in international relations, was formed the most comprehensive and adequate to the reality list of issues of cooperation between Russia and Germany, and were retraced causes of their emergence, as well as attempts to resolve the situation. Also in this study was found suitable indicator for the analysis of the development of Russian-German relations in the future, also in the context of the resolution of problems between the countries.
