Магистерская диссертация посвящена изучению системы мотивации на примере некоммерческой организации, направленной на осуществление помощи детям-сиротам. В данной работе было важно узнать, какими методами мотивации пользуются управляющие организацией при данной ее специфике. В первой главе был представлены теоретико-методологические основания изучения понятия мотивации. Во второй главе был представлен анализ системы мотивации некоммерческой организации. На основании результатов исследования были представлены рекомендации по усовершенствованию системы мотивации в данной организации.

Master's thesis is devoted to the study of motivation system on the example of a non-profit organization for the implementation of assistance to orphans. In this work it was important to know what methods of motivation are governing the organization at a given its specificity. The first chapter was presented theoretical and methodological basis of the study of the concept of motivation. The second chapter was presented analysis of motivation system of a non-profit organization. Based on the results of the study were presented recommendations for improving the system of motivation in the organization.
