Актуальность данного исследования обусловлена тем, что отечественное телевидение всё чаще выпускает материалы по теме ПАВ, которые никак не влияют на общественное мнение по данной проблеме, а иногда и вовсе способствуют увеличению наркомании своей некорректной подачей материала. В основе массовости наркопотребления в нашей стране лежит большой пласт причин, в их числе есть и влияние средств массовой информации, вольно или невольно оказываемое на социум. Мы попытаемся исследовать самую наглядную и влиятельную часть сегодняшних медиа — телевидение, в частности, центральные телеканалы, на предмет того, как они освещают эту тематику и какие у этого есть негативные последствия. В этом и заключается научная новизна исследования. Объект исследования – материалы, касающиеся темы ПАВ на центральных телеканалах РФ. Предмет исследования – методы и приёмы освещения тем, связанных с ПАВ, на центральных телеканалах. Цель работы – выявить особенности освещения интересующей нас темы и понять, почему отечественная методика освещения данной проблемы не так эффективна, как могла бы быть. Задачи работы: 1) описать нынешнюю законодательную ситуацию по данному вопросу; 2) выявить положительные журналистские практики освещения данной проблематики; 3) выявить типичные журналистские ошибки при освещении проблематики наркопотребления; К теоретическим методам, задействованным в данном исследовании, относятся анализ, синтез и обобщение, к эмпирическим – экспертное интервью и сравнение. Стоит отметить, что в работе использован также социологический подход – мы рассматривали телевидение как явление, существующее в обществе и взаимодействующее с ним. Теоретическую базу составили работы таких отечественных специалистов, как Е.В. Шмелева, М.А. Бережная, Г.В. Зазулин, Е.А. Полякова, П.В. Тепляшин и др. Эмпирическую базу составили экспертное интервью с психиатром-наркологом и два интервью с руководителями реабилитационных центров, а также архив материалов разных жанров по данной теме на центральных телеканалах, за период с конца 90-х годов прошлого века и до нашего времени. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы и трёх приложений. Во введении определяется основная проблема и вопросы исследования. Первая глава посвящена выявлению связи между законодательной базой вопроса и её влиянием на освещение данного вопроса в телеэфире. Во второй главе анализируются реальные примеры материалов по нашей теме на центральных телеканалах в настоящем и прошлом. В заключении подводятся итоги проведенного исследования и формируются основные выводы. В приложении к дипломной работе представлены расшифровки интервью.

The relevance of this research is caused by the fact that the nowadays Russian television more often releases materials related to psychoactive substances which do not influence public opinion on this problem by no means, and sometimes the incorrect supply of material even increases the level of drug addiction. The mass character of drug consumption in this country is caused by a wide range of grounds, among which the influence of mass media that affects the society voluntarily or involuntarily. We will try to study the most evident and influential part of today's media — the television, in particular, the central TV channels of Russia, their coverage of the drug consumption topic and the negative consequences of it — that is what the scientific novelty of the research consists in. The object of the work is the materials concerning psychoactive substances on the central TV channels of the Russian Federation. The subject of the work is methods and tools of the topics related to drug consumption, used on the central TV channels of RF. The purpose of the work is to reveal the feature of the coverage of the concerned topics and to understand why the Russian policy of the coverage of this problem is not so effective as it could be. The tasks of the work are: 1) to describe the present legislative situation on the matter; 2) to reveal positive journalistic practics of the coverage of drug consumption problem; 3) to reveal typical journalistic mistakes in the coverage of the problem. The theoretical methods include analysis, synthesis and generalization, the empirical methods include expert interview and comparison. It should be noted that in the work sociological approach is used as well: we considered television as a phenomenon existing in society and interacting with it. The theoretical base was made by works of such domestic experts as E.V. Shmelyova, M.A. Berezhnaya, G.V. Zazulin, E.A. Polyakova, P.V. Teplyashin, etc. The empirical base was made by an expert interview with the addiction psychiatrist and two interviews with heads of rehabilitation centers and archive of materials of different genres on this topic on the central TV channels, from the end of the 90-s of the 20th century till our time. The paper consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and three applications. In the introduction the main problem and questions of the research are defined. The first chapter is devoted to the identification of the relation between the legislative base of the issue and its influence on the coverage of the matter on TV. In the second chapter real examples of materials on our subject on the central TV channels in the present and in the past are analyzed. In the conclusion the results of the conducted research are summed up and resumed. The transcribing of the interviews is presented in the appendix of the paper.
