Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена аспектам сокрытого и ложного в сфере преступления. Приводится разбор основных понятий, рассматривается положение тайны в сферах публичного и личного. Актуальность темы обоснована тем, что затрагивает самые разные социальные проблемы, побуждает задуматься о свободе воли, общественных и этических границах. Анализ лжи и сокрытия как преступных действий интересен с точки зрения проблем цензуры и неприкосновенности частной жизни, также он позволяет объяснить популярность конспирологических теорий.

This final qualifying work is devoted to the aspects of the hidden and false in the field of crime. The analysis of the basic concepts is given, the position of mystery in the spheres of public and personal is considered. The relevance of the topic is justified by the fact that it affects a variety of social problems, encourages us to think about freedom of will, social and ethical boundaries. Analysis of lies and concealment as criminal actions is interesting from the point of view of the problems of censorship and privacy, it also allows to explain the popularity of conspiracy theories.
