Abstract

Актуальность работы. Для обеспечения развития российской промышленности необходима разработка современных программ совершенствования управления организационным развитием, пригодных к внедрению на промышленных предприятиях, функционирующих в условиях быстро меняющейся внешней среды. Существует большое количество работ, посвященных теме организационного развития компаний. Однако исследований, рассматривающих вопросы организационного развития промышленных предприятий в современных условиях перехода к цифровой экономике, проведено недостаточно - этим обосновывается актуальность темы данной работы. Цель работы – разработка программы совершенствования управления организационным развитием промышленного предприятия. Задачи работы: - рассмотрение основных понятий в теории управления организационным развитием предприятий и анализ моделей организационных изменений; - выявление особенностей управления организационным развитием на промышленных предприятиях; - выполнение анализа отраслевого рынка предприятий машиностроения и выявление перспектив и проблем данной отрасли; - выполнение анализа системы управления машиностроительным предприятием; - разработка программы совершенствования управления организационным развитием промышленного предприятия; - оценка эффективности программы совершенствования управления организационным развитием промышленного предприятия. Научная новизна: программа совершенствования управления организационным развитием промышленного предприятия. Состав работы: 143 страниц, 50 рисунков, 46 таблиц, 2 приложения.

The relevance of research. Due the development of the Russian industry, it is necessary to develop modern programs of improving the management of organizational development, which are suitable for implementation in industrial enterprises, which operate in a rapidly changing environment. There are a lot of researches devoted to the theme of organizational development of companies. However, there are not a lot of researches devoted the organizational development of industrial enterprises in modern conditions of transition to a digital. This reason is justified the relevance of the theme of this research. The purpose of the research – development of program of improving the managing the organizational development of an industrial enterprise. Research objectives: - consideration of basic concepts in the theory of management of organizational development of enterprises and analysis of models of organizational changes; - identification of features of management of organizational development in industrial enterprises; - the analysis of the industrial market of machine-building enterprises and identification of prospects and problems of this industry; - the analysis of the management system of the machine-building enterprise; - development of a program for improving the management of the organizational development of an industrial enterprise; - evaluation of the efficiency of the program for improving the management of the organizational development of an industrial enterprise.
