Social technologies of recruitment in transnational corporations in times of crisis

Abstract

Диссертация посвящена проблеме социальных технологий подбора персонала в ТНК в условиях кризиса. В ней также приводится подробный анализ современных социальных технологий и методов подбора персонала наряду с описанием видов системного кризиса. Вторая часть работы описывает эмпирическое социологическое исследование современной ТНК. Результаты исследования доказывают наличие определенных тенденций к трансформации традиционных социальных технологий подбора персонала под влиянием различных социальных явлений.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of social technologies of recruitment in transnational corporations in crisis conditions. It also gives a detailed analysis of modern social technologies and methods of recruitment along with the description of the types of systemic crisis. The second part of the paper describes the empirical sociological study of a modern TNC. The results of the study prove the presence of specific tendencies towards transformation of traditional social technologies of recruitment influenced by different social phenomena.
