В истории России и Китая было много великих монархов. Император Кан Си и Петр Великий являются одними из самых выдающихся представителей. Во время правления Петра Великого, военной силы и власти монарха России усиливались, территория расширилась, выход к морю и выше международный статус получились, в резурльтате модернизировала Россия.После его реформ, Россия стала европейской державой из окраинной страны, и проявил интерес к западной наук. Он создал период процветания династии Цин и взял Китай на вершине абсолютизма. Император Кан Си и Петр Великий имеют много общего: 1) они все пришли на трон в молодом возрасте; 2) они установили военные идеи чтобы укрепить династию; 3) они в начале пришли на престол, страныстояли перед многими трудностями; Тем не менее, поверхностный подобие не могут скрыть большие существенние различия.
