Influence of type 2 diabetes on indicators of arterial elasticity in patients with essential hypertension

Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Влияние сахарного диабета 2 типа на показатели эластичности артерий у больных гипертонической болезнью». В выпускную квалификационную работу входит введение, три главы, заключение, четыре вывода по написанным главам и список литературы. Объем работы 57 страниц, на которых размещены 6 рисунков и 11 таблиц. При написании работы использовалось 56 источников литературы, из них 11 зарубежных. В результате работы было выявлено достоверное повышение показателей эластических свойств сосудистой стенки по данным скорости распространения пульсовой волны справа и слева (СПВ-R и СПВ-L) и индекса CAVI в группе лиц с сочетанием эссенциальной артериальной гипертензии (АГ) и сахарным диабетом 2 типа (СД-2) в сравнении с группой контроля и группой лиц только с эссенциальной АГ. Также было выявлено увеличение показателей эластических свойств сосудистой стенки в группе лиц с сочетанием эссенциальной АГ и СД-2, достоверно связанное с возрастом старше 55 лет; с мужским полом; со степенью артериальной гипертензии; с вариабельностью систолического артериального давления; со стажем СД-2.

The title of the final qualification work is «Influence of type 2 diabetes on indicators of arterial elasticity in patients with essential hypertension». The final qualification work contains introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, four consequences according to the written chapters and the list of the used sources. The volume of work is 57 pages on which 6 figures and 11 tables are placed. During writing this work, 56 sources of literature were used, moreover 11 of them were foreign. As a result of work in group of patients with the combination of essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes have been determined the reliable increase of vessel elasticity indicators according to rate of pulse wave velocity (PWV-R, PWV-L), cardio-ankle vascular index (CAVI) in comparison with the control group and the group of patients only with essential hypertension. Also in the group of patients with the combination of essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes have been determined the reliable increase of vessel elasticity indicators connected with age over 55 years old; with male sex; with degree of arterial hypertension; with variability of the systolic blood pressure; with experience of type 2 diabetes.
