The role of ethnic organizations in resolving ethnic сonflicts

Abstract

В работе анализируются теоретические аспекты понятия этнос, определяются причины и условия возникновения межэтнического конфликта. Выявляются технологии работы с конфликтом на разных стадиях его протекания. Определяются виды и формы этнических организаций, которые существуют в настоящее время в России. Даются ответы на вопросы: какие технологии урегулирования этнических конфликтов используют существующие этнические организации? Участвуют ли они в урегулировании конфликтов, на каких этапах это происходит? С помощью метода сравнения иерархий Т. Саати выявляется роль и эффективность методов этнических организаций в работе с конфликтами.
