Comparing smooth and nonsmooth methods for solving the problem of determining the spatial structure of a molecule

Abstract

В работе рассматривается использование негладких и гладкого методов оптимизации в решении задачи о нахождении пространственной структуры молекулы. А также приводится сравнительный анализ результатов работы этих методов.

In this work we consider smooth and nonsmooth optimization methods for solving the problem of determing the spatial structure of a molecule. The comparative analysis of the using these methods is also presented.
