В работе рассматриваются направления и цели парадипломатии Квебека в XXI веке. В частности, анализируются основные этапы развития парадипломатии провинции, международные связи провинции с ее главными партнерами и основные внешнеполитические инициативы провинциальных правительств в XXI веке.

This work examines the directions and objectives of Quebec's paradiplomacy in the 21st century. In particular, it analyses the main stages in the development of the province's paradiplomacy, the province's international relations with its main partners, and the main foreign policy initiatives of provincial governments in the 21st century.
