The dynamics of the socio-economic development of the Stavropol Territory towns in modern times

Abstract

Представленное исследование посвящено проблеме оценки социально-экономического развития городов Ставропольского края. Её уникальность заключается в использовании и аппробации методов, ранее не применявшихся к городам Ставропольского края, таких как расчёт валового городского продукта. Данная работа опирается на уникальную собранную статистическую базу, опирающуюся на открытые данные в разрезе муниципальных образований, что делает используемую в работе методику возможной для применения в отношении любых городов России. В ходе данной работы были рассчитаны демографические, экономические и социальные показатели, характеризующие уровень социально-экономического развития городов Ставропольского края. Затем, для его интегральной оценки были произведены расчёт интегрального индекса социально-экономического развития, а также типологизация городов Ставропольского края по уровню и динамике социально-экономического развития.

The presented study is devoted to the problem of assessing the socio-economic development of cities in the Stavropol Territory. Its uniqueness lies in the use and approbation of methods not previously applied to the cities of the Stavropol Territory, such as the calculation of the gross urban product. This work is based on a unique collected statistical base based on open data in the context of municipalities, which makes the methodology used in the work possible to apply to any cities in Russia. In the course of this work, demographic, economic and social indicators characterizing the level of socio-economic development of the cities of the Stavropol Territory were calculated. Then, for its integral assessment, the integral index of socio-economic development was calculated, as well as the typologization of the cities of the Stavropol Territory according to the level and dynamics of socio-economic development.
