Optimization of the Budgeting Information System in the Biosystem Company

Abstract

Применение информационных систем обработки данных для любой компании актуально на каждом этапе развития, в первую очередь такие системы необходимы для анализа текущей деятельности, увязки финансовых и производственных показателей. Использование систем обработки и хранения данных позволяет не только накапливать информацию, но и проводить своевременный анализ, выявлять слабые места в бизнес-процессах. Объектом исследования работы является ООО «Биосистема», предметом – процесс проектирования усовершенствованной системы управления бюджетами и оценка эффективности результатов ее внедрения. В ходе работы над проектом проведен детальный анализ деятельности и бизнес-процессов ООО «Биосистема». Предприятие производит и поставляет крупным и средним мясоперерабатывающим предприятиям широкий ассортимент свиных, говяжьих и бараньих натуральных колбасных оболочек из кишечного сырья. По результатам анализа показателей хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности за период 2020-2022 гг. предприятие демонстрирует устойчивый рост выручки от реализации, что свидетельствует об увеличении рыночной доли ООО «БИОСИСТЕМА». Объем собственного производства растет быстрее численности сотрудников, следовательно, производительность труда рабочих также возрастает. В результате проведенного анализа бизнес-процессов выявлена недостаточная информационная обеспеченность и эффективность используемых программ обработки данных. С целью увеличения эффективности предложена разработка двух систем – системы управления бюджетированием и системы управления материальными затратами. По результатам анализа внедрение этих систем даст существенный экономический эффект. Таким образом, практическая значимость работы проявляется в разработке предложения по повышению эффективности деятельности предприятия реального сектора экономики.

The use of information systems for data processing for any company is relevant at every stage of development, first of all, such systems are necessary for analyzing current activities, linking financial and production indicators. The use of data processing and storage systems allows not only to accumulate information, but also to conduct timely analysis, identify weaknesses in business processes. The object of the research is Biosystem LLC, the subject is the process of designing an improved budget management system and evaluating the effectiveness of the results of its implementation. During the work on the project, a detailed analysis of the activities and business processes of Biosystem LLC was carried out. The company produces and supplies large and medium-sized meat processing enterprises with a wide range of pork, beef and lamb natural sausage casings from intestinal raw materials. According to the results of the analysis of economic and financial performance indicators for the period 2020-2022, the company demonstrates a steady increase in sales revenue, which indicates an increase in the market share of BIOSYSTEM LLC. The volume of own production is growing faster than the number of employees, therefore, the productivity of workers is also increasing. As a result of the analysis of business processes, insufficient information security and efficiency of the data processing programs used were revealed. In order to increase efficiency, the development of two systems is proposed – a budgeting management system and a material cost management system. According to the results of the analysis, the introduction of these systems will give a significant economic effect. Thus, the practical significance of the work is manifested in the development of proposals to improve the efficiency of the enterprise of the real sector of the economy.
