The development strategy of an educational institution on the basis and principles of a sustainable development

Abstract

Тема работы: Стратегия развития образовательного учреждения по основам и принципам устойчивого развития. Работа состоит из 42 страниц, включая список литературы (23 источника) и 1 приложение. Структура работы включает две содержательных главы, введение и заключение. Во введении раскрывается актуальность работы, ставятся цели и задачи исследования. Объектом исследования является образовательное учреждение, предметом - стратегия развития образовательного учреждения в рамках принципов устойчивого развития. Целью работы стала разработка модели функционирования университетского сообщества в соответствии с концепцией устойчивого развития Достижению поставленной цели способствовала реализация следующих задач: •анализ основных стратегий развития вузов, выявление ключевых тенденций •адаптация стратегий развития вуза в соответствии с концепцией устойчивого развития (на примере СПБГУ) •разработка инструментов, способствующих переходу вуза к устойчивому развитию и функционированию •внедрение инструментов УР и элементов системы экологического менеджмента в стратегию развития вуза на примере СПбГУ •адаптация индикаторов эффективности внедрения элементов устойчивого развития В работе автором рассматривается последовательный переход от вузов современного образца к устойчивому развитию и функционированию, способствующего переходу к модели «вуз устойчивого развития». В первой главе автором описывается роль вузов в устойчивом развитии системы природа-общество-человек, подчеркивается их исключительная значимость. Также проводится анализ деятельности и стратегий развития вузов современного образца, выделяются основные стратегические цели вузов. Вторая глава посвящена раскрытию понятия "устойчивое развитие вуза", описанию принципов его устойчивого функционирования и способов перехода к нему. Предлагается осуществлять переход к устойчивому развитию учебного заведения через экологический аспект функционирования вуза. Для этого автором были специально разработаны и апробированы инструменты "студенческое экологическое движение" и "модель Green Campus". Основным выводом работы является то, что переход к устойчивому развитию через экологию является удачным решением, однако, помимо совершенствования механизмов функционирования вуза важное внимание должно уделяться изменению образа мышления университетского сообщества на более эколого-ориентированное и соответствующее идеям концепции устойчивого развития.

The aim of the work was the development of the university community model of functioning in accordance with the concept of sustainable development The achievement of this goal demands to solve the realization of the following tasks: • analysis of the main strategies of universities development, identification of key trends • adaptation of the university development strategies in line with the concept of sustainable development (on the example of St. Petersburg State University) • Development of tools to facilitate the transition to sustainable development of the university and the functioning • The establishment of instruments and SD elements of environmental management system in university development strategy for the St. Petersburg State University Example • adaptation of the indicators of effective implementation of sustainable development The author of the paper considers the gradual transition from a sample of modern universities to sustainable development and operation, contributing to the transition to a model of "sustainable development of the university." In the first chapter is described the role of universities in sustainable development of nature-society-human system, it emphasizes their exceptional importance. Also, an analysis of the activities and strategies of the modern sample of universities, highlights the main strategic objectives of universities. The second chapter is dedicated to the disclosure of the concept of "sustainable development of the university," the description of the principles of its functioning and sustainable ways to move toward it. It is proposed to make the transition to sustainable development through educational institution environmental aspect of the functioning of the university. To do this, the author has Specially designed tools and testing "student environmental movement" and "Green Campus model." The main conclusion of the work is that the transition to sustainable development through ecology is a good solution, but, in addition to improving the functioning of the mechanisms of the importance of the university should be given to a change in mindset of the university community on a more ecological-oriented and appropriate ideas of sustainable development.
