Regional innovation policy in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region

Abstract

Данная работа знакомит читателей с аспектами и особенностями региональной инновационной политики, на примере 2-ух субъектов РФ: Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области.

Даются различные подходы и анализируются такие понятия, как "инновационная активность"и "государственное регулирование" инновационной деятельности.

Был осуществлен поиск наиболее эффективных отраслей промышленности, которые могут стать эффективными и динамичными центрами роста для разработок инновационной продукции и технологий в Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области.

Комплексно анализируются основные проблемы, а также пути их разрешения, и дальнейшие перспективы развития инновационной политики в Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области.

This work introduces readers to the aspects and features of regional inovational policy, for example, 2 subjects of the Russian Federation: St.Petersburg and Leningrad region.

Given the various approaches, and examines such concepts as "innovational activity" and "state regulation" of innovation.

Was carried out to find the most efficient industries,that come become the effective and dynamic growth centres for the development of innovative products and techologies in Saint-Petesburg and Leningrad region.

Comprehensively analyzes the main problems and their possible solutions, and future prospects of development of innovative policy in Saint-Petesburg and Leningrad region.
