The Development of Blood Donation in thе Russian Federation: the Case of Belgorod and Kursk Regions

Abstract

Стратегически важной задачей по повышению качества жизни является оказание квалифицированной медицинской помощи населению. Развитие и увеличение применения высокотехнологичных методов ведет к усилению востребованности медицинских учреждений в крови и ее компонентах. Целью работы является разработка рекомендаций по развитию донорства крови и ее компонентов в РФ. Объектом исследования является донорский контингент в сфере обращения крови и ее компонентов. Проблема исследования заключается в необходимости наращивания объемов изготовления крови и ее компонентов Службой крови для обеспечения лечебно-профилактических учреждений путем качественного рекрутирования донорских кадров. В работе используются нормативно-правовой анализ, социологические, статистические, эконометрические методы исследования. Работа основана на анализе годовых отчетов учреждений Службы крови с 2019 по 2021 гг., результатах социологического опроса доноров крови и населения Белгородской и Курской областей и глубинного интервью с Главным врачом Центра крови Белгородской области, данных обследования доноров крови за 2019-2021 гг. Центра крови Белгородской области, оценки динамики потребности и выдачи крови и ее компонентов для оказания трансфузионной помощи в лечебно-профилактические учреждения Белгородской и Курской областей, материалах отечественных и зарубежных интернет-ресурсов, научных статей, законодательных и нормативно-правовых актов Российской Федерации в сфере обращения донорской крови и ее компонентов. Результатом работы является комплекс мер и рекомендаций по развитию донорства крови и ее компонентов в Российской Федерации, который может быть использован учреждениями Службы крови для практического применения, т.е. для увеличения количества и качества донорских кадров, качественной пропаганды донорства крови в стране. Результаты ВКР были апробированы на международной конференции GSOM Emerging Markets Conference 2021, получены сертификат участника и рецензия от Главного врача Центра крови Белгородской области.

A strategically important task to improve the quality of life is the provision of qualified medical care to the population. The development and increase in the use of high-tech methods leads to an increase in the demand for medical institutions in the blood and its components. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for the development of blood donation and its components in the Russian Federation. The object of the research is the donor contingent in the field of circulation of blood and its components. The problem of the study lies in the need to increase the volume of production of blood and its components by the Blood Service in order to provide hospitals through high-quality recruitment of donors. The research uses sociological, statistical, econometric research methods. The research is based on an analysis of the annual reports of the Blood Service institutions from 2019 to 2021, the results of a sociological survey of blood donors and the population of the Belgorod and Kursk regions and an in-depth interview with the Chief Physician of the Blood Center of the Belgorod Region, data from a survey of blood donors for 2019-2021. Blood Center of the Belgorod Region, assessment of the dynamics of the need and issuance of blood and its components for the provision of transfusion assistance to hospitals of the Belgorod and Kursk regions, materials from domestic and foreign Internet resources, scientific articles, legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of circulation donated blood and its components. The result of the research is a set of measures and recommendations for the development of blood donation and its components in the Russian Federation, which can be used by institutions of the Blood Service for practical application, i.e. to increase the number and quality of donor personnel, and to promote high-quality blood donation in the country. The results of the research were tested at the international conference GSOM Emerging Markets Conference 2021, a certificate of participation and a review from the Chief Physician of the Blood Center of the Belgorod Region were received.
