The Improvement of Organisation of Perishable Products International Transportation: Company X Case Study

Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка рекомендаций для компании Х по уменьшению времени экспортных поставок и минимизации ошибок подготовки скоропортящейся продукции к отгрузке за счет улучшения организации процесса международных перевозок.

В рамках работы рассматривается возможность внедрения системы управления складом (warehouse management system, WMS). Для оценки реализации проекта используются инструменты моделирования бизнес-процессов: BPMN и диаграмма Ганта. С помощью выбранных инструментов были определены организационные изменения выполнения процесса и временные сокращения.

В качестве результата работы разработаны конкретные рекомендации для менеджмента компании, оценен экономический эффект от внедрения улучшений.

The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to develop recommendations for company X to reduce the time of export deliveries and minimize errors in the preparation of perishable products for shipment by improving the organization of the international transportation process.

As part of the work the possibility of implementing a warehouse management system (warehouse management system, WMS) is considered. To assess the implementation of the project business process modeling tools are used: BPMN and Gantt chart. With the help of selected tools the organizational changes of process implementation and time reductions were determined.

As a result of the work specific recommendations for the management of the company were developed, the economic effect of the implementation of improvements was evaluated.
