Abstract

Рекруто - это стартап в сфере подбора персонала. Продвижение услуг ранее не осуществлялось, все клиенты приходят по сарафанному радио. Для масштабирования бизнеса сарафанного радио недостаточно, что обуславливает необходимость проведения маркетинговых инициатив в интернете. Стоит отметить, что в связи с политической ситуацией страдает рынок труда, спрос на услуги кадровых агентств падает. Этот также вынуждает прибегать к новым методам поиска клиентов. Итог данной работы - разработанная и подготовленная к реализации маркетинговая стратегия.

Recruto is a startup in the field of recruitment. The promotion of services was not previously carried out, all customers come by word of mouth. Word of mouth is not enough to scale a business, which necessitates online marketing initiatives. It should be noted that due to the political situation, the labor market is suffering, the demand for the services of recruitment agencies is falling. This one also forces the company to resort to new methods of finding customers. The result of this work is a marketing strategy developed and prepared for implementation.
