Synthesis of α-keto-δ-(NG,NG–dimethylguanidino)valeric acid as a regulator of NO-synthetase activity

Abstract

В работе были рассмотрены различные способы гуанилирования и разработан препаративный метод синтеза α-кето-δ-(NG,NG-диметилгуанидино) валериановой кислоты (DMVG) в 11 стадий. Полученное соединение было очищено с помощью препаративной ВЭЖХ и идентифицировано методами масс и ЯМР спектроскопии.

In this work we considered different methods of guanilation and developed preparative method of synthesis of α-keto-δ-(NG,NG- dimethylguanidino) valeric acid (DMVG) in eleven-step. The obtained compound was purified by preparative HPLC and identified by mass and NMR spectroscopy.
