Practical problems in the application of process quality analysis methods

Abstract

Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена тем, что показатель уровня качества производственных процессов имеет непосредственную связь с эффективностью этих процессов. Современные компании направляют ресурсы на постоянное улучшение качества, так как современный потребитель становиться все более разборчивым в выборе товаров. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является рассмотрение особенностей наиболее эффективных и популярных методов анализа качества процессов, в том числе и статистические. Структура работы. Во введении отражены основные цели и задачи, а также актуальность работы. В первой главе удалось систематизировать статистические методы анализа процессов, описать их особенности; выявить и рассмотреть наиболее используемые из них; провести анализ методологии «Шесть сигм», описать способы внедрения, преимущества и недостатки; выявить гипотезы. Во второй главе описывается, как удалось провести тестирование первой гипотезы при помощи анализа данных внешних отказов, то есть рекламаций, полученных от компании International Paper; тестирование второй гипотезы при помощи анализа данных процесса предоставления услуг, полученных самостоятельно при помощи опроса; тестирование третьей гипотезы при помощи анализа данных отклонений производственного процесса. В заключении подведены итоги выполненной работы и основные выводы по теме исследования. В ходе работы были выявлены основные методы анализа процессов и разработана их классификация. Также были определены наиболее эффективные и популярные методы, используемые для анализа производственных процессов на предприятии, обозначены их особенности применения с учетом различных видов показателей качества. Удалось рассмотреть и определить структуру методологии «Шесть сигм», а также определить основные направления данной методологии. Кроме того, удалось провести тестирование трех гипотез при помощи данных трех кейсов. Также в ходе работы были охарактеризованы основные проблемы в области контроля качества и как их можно решить.

The importance of the research topic is due to the fact that the indicator of the quality level of production processes is directly related to the effectiveness of these processes. Modern companies direct resources to continuous improvement of quality, as the modern consumer becomes more and more discriminating in the choice of products. The goal of the final qualification work is to consider the features of the most effective and popular methods of analyzing the quality of processes, including statistical ones. The structure of the work. The introduction reflects the main goals and objectives, as well as the relevance of the work. In the first Chapter, it was possible to systematize statistical methods of process analysis, describe their features; identify and consider the most used of them; analyze the Six Sigma methodology, describe the methods of implementation, advantages and disadvantages; identify hypotheses. The second Chapter describes how the first hypothesis was tested by analyzing data from external failures, i.e. complaints received from International Paper; testing the second hypothesis by analyzing data from the service delivery process obtained independently through a survey; testing the third hypothesis by analyzing data from deviations in the production process. In conclusion, the results of the work performed and the main conclusions on the research topic are summarized. During the research, the main methods of process analysis were identified and their classification was developed. The most effective and popular methods used for analyzing production processes at the enterprise were also identified, and their application features were identified, taking into account various types of quality indicators. It was possible to review and define the structure of the Six Sigma methodology, as well as to determine the main directions of this methodology. In addition, we were able to test three hypotheses using data from three cases. The main problems in the field of quality control and how they can be solved were also described in the course of the work.
