Modeling business processes of warehouse activities in the JIT system of the company "Faurecia"

Abstract

Целью данной работы является совершенствование складской операционной деятельности завода «Faurecia» в Санкт-Петербурге на основе имитационного моделирования складских бизнес-процессов. Структура работы включает введение, 3 главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. Во введении представлены цель работы, вытекающие из нее задачи, описана актуальность проблемы, объект и предмет исследования, сформулирована структура работы, а также систематизированы источники использованной при написании работы информации. В первой главе представлено описание компании и анализ складской деятельности завода. Во второй главе проведен анализ доступных методов совершенствования складской деятельности и выбран наиболее подходящий - имитационное моделирование. В третьей главе описан сам процесс создания имитационной модели, даны и экономически обоснованы рекомендации. Результатом работы являются 2 практические рекомендации, позволяющие сэкономить более 650 000 рублей ежегодно и сама имитационная модель, которую в дальнейшем можно использовать как основу при создании электронного двойника предприятия.

The purpose of this work is to improve the warehouse operating activities of the Faurecia plant in St. Petersburg based on simulation modeling of warehouse business processes. The structure of the work includes an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and applications. The introduction presents the purpose of the work, the tasks arising from it, describes the urgency of the problem, the object, and the subject of research, formulate the structure of the work, and also systematizes the sources of information used in writing the work. The first chapter presents a description of the company and an analysis of the warehouse activities of the plant. In the second chapter, an analysis of the available methods for improving warehouse activities is carried out and the most suitable one is selected - simulation modeling. In the third chapter, the process of creating a simulation model itself is described, and recommendations are given and economically justified. The result of the work is 2 practical recommendations that allow you to save more than 650,000 rubles annually and the simulation model itself, which in the future can be used as a basis for creating a digital twin of the enterprise.
