Modelling and analysis of field emission surface relief

Abstract

В работе предложен метод моделирования автоэмиссионной поверхности, с помощью которого возможно моделировать шероховатость различной степени. Приведены результаты моделирования. Разработан, описан и продемонстрирован метод выделения пиков, приведена оценка сложности алгоритма выделения пиков. Предложены критерии статистической оценки рельефа поверхности.

The paper proposes a method for modeling the auto-emission surface, which can be used to model the roughness of various degrees. Simulation results are presented. The method of peak selection is developed, described and demonstrated, and the complexity of the peak selection algorithm is estimated. Criteria for statistical assessment of surface topography are proposed.
