Modeling of the epidemiological situation associated with the spread of coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) in Saint-Petersburg

Abstract

В работе рассматриваются известные эпидемиологические модели: SIR, SEIR, SEIQRDP. Исследуется возможность применения этих моделей для прогнозирования эпидемиологической ситуации, связанной с коронавирусом в Санкт-Петербурге. Реализовано построение SEIQRDP-модели и построен прогноз по данным Санкт-Петербурга на 18 мая 2020 года для следующих показателей: количество зараженных, болеющих, выздоровевших, умерших, сроки прохождения пика и окончания эпидемии.

The epidemic models: SIR, SEIR, SEIQRDP are presented in this paper. The possibility of using these models to predict the epidemiological situation associated with coronavirus in St. Petersburg is investigated. The construction of the SEIQRDP model was implemented. According to the data of St. Petersburg on May 18, the forecast was made for the number of confirmed, quarantined, recovered cases, deaths, for the peak and the end of the epidemic.
