Building a sequence of test signals for combinational digital circuits and circuits with memory

Abstract

Рассмотрены основные этапы развития электроники и схемотехники, проанализированы современные методы тестирования радиоэлектронных устройств. В работе подробно рассмотрены, а также выполнены на примере реального электронного устройства, этапы функционального метода тестирования: создана программная модель отдельных компонентов и самого устройства объекта контроля, найдена проверяющая тестовая последовательность, выполнена эмуляция теста. Произведен анализ полученной тестовой программы.

The main stages of development of electronics and circuitry were considered, modern methods of testing of radio electronic devices were analyzed. The paper considers in detail and also performed on the example of a real electronic device, the stages of the functional test method: a software model of individual components and the control object device itself was created, checking test sequence was found, the test was emulated. Created testing program was analyzed.
