The roles of destructive leaders in sport teams

Abstract

Цель: определить лидеров и деструктивных лидеров в спортивной команде. Определить роли деструктивных лидеров в команде. Методы: Для исследования были выбранны три метода: социометрия, ролевой опросник Белбина, Теппер « мой товарищ по команде». Выборка состояла из 63 человек, футболисты молодежных команд, мальчики в возрасте 16-18 лет. Результаты: роли деструктивных лидеров в команде обычно критик, генератор идей, специалист. Заключение: гипотеза подтвердилась, лидеры были найдены, их роль в команде чаще всего координирующая. Припомощи методики Теппера получилось выявить деструктивных лидеров. Результаты могут помочь тренерам изменить состав тренировок и улучшить командную работу.

Methods: Three methods were chosen for the study: sociometry, Belbin's role-test questionnaire, Tepper "my team-mate". The sample consisted of 63 people, players of youth teams, boys aged 16-18. Conclusion: the hypothesis was confirmed, the leaders were found, their role in the team most often coordinating. By using the methods of Tepper it turned out to reveal destructive leaders. The results can help trainers change the composition of their workouts and improve teamwork
