The Problems of Small Businesses in the Food Service Industry in Russia

Abstract

Сегодня малый бизнес играет важную роль в экономике государства. С помощью производства товаров и сокращения занятости, люди получают возможность организовать собственное дело, которое может принести доход государству и предпринимателю. В России есть определенные проблемы в сфере общественного питания. Четыре основных проблемы развития малого бизнеса: 1.Банки не заинтересованы в выдаче кредитов малому бизнесу. 2.Высокие налоги. 3.Строгий контроль над бизнесом общественного питания. 4.Неквалифицированный персонал. Наше государство не поддерживает малый бизнес, поэтому новых предприятий не так много. Автор работы, думает, что ресторанный бизнес может улучшить состояние нашей экономики. Задачи исследования: 1. Изучить основные проблемы развития малого бизнеса. 2. Найти решения этих проблем. 3. Показать перспективу этой отрасли. С помощью журналов, Интернета, научных статей, был проведен анализ существующих проблем и предложены способы их решения.

Nowdays small business plays an important role in the the state economy. With the help of production of goods and reduction of unemployment people get an opportunity to organize their own business, which will bring income to the state. As we can see there are some problems in this sphere in Russia, cause there are a lot of taxes, checks and reports. There are four main problems in small business development: 1.Banks are not interested in issuing loans to small businesses. 2. High taxes. 3. Great control over the business of the public catering. 4. Unskilled staff. Our state does not support small business, that’s why there are not so many new enterprises. I think the restaurant business can improve the state of our economy. The tasks of our research: 1. To learn the main problems of developing small business. 2. To find the solutions for these problems. 3. To show prospect of this development. With the help of the journals, the Internet, the science articles we did this research.
