Features of civil service reforms in modern China

Abstract

Дипломная работа написана на актуальную тему. Проблема совершенствования системы государственного управления рассматривается во всех станах как главное условие роста производства и благосостояния жителей. Предметом исследования стали административные реформы как способ улучшения системы государственного управления. В ходе написания дипломного проекта были изучены труды исследователей , классиков изучения бюрократии, включая китайских авторов. Нами были активно изучены документы (законодательные акты), воплощающие инновации в системе государственной службы. С целью выяснения отношения населения к административным реформам было проведено анкетирование жителей. Для оценки степени открытости нынешнего китайского руководства был тщательно проанализирован сайт Правительства Китае, сайт Министерства образования, которые были сопоставлены с аналогичными в Российской Федерации.

The thesis is written on an actual topic. The problem of improving the system of public administration is considered in all countries as the main condition for the growth of production and the welfare of the inhabitants. The subject of the study was administrative reforms as a way to improve the system of public administration. During the writing of the thesis project, the works of researchers, classics studying the bureaucracy, including Chinese authors, were studied. We have actively studied documents (legislative acts), embodying innovations in the public service system. In order to clarify the attitude of the population to administrative reforms, a questionnaire was conducted by residents. To assess the degree of openness of the current Chinese leadership, the website of the Government of China, the website of the Ministry of Education, which were compared with similar ones in the Russian Federation, was carefully analyzed.
