Abstract

К дипломой работе на тему: «Развитие онлайн-сектора КНР по плану 12-й пятилетки» Актуальность темы исследования:Китай непрерывно ускоряет темпы совершенствования и модернизации управления интернетом и быстро превращается из сетевой большой страны в сильнейшую сетевую державу. В целях выполнения требований центрального комитета партии и государственного совета по развитию и управлению интернетом, министерство промышленности и информационных технологий создало «двенадцатую пятилетний план развития интернет-индустрии», которым будут руководствоваться при развитии и управлении интернет-индустрией Китая в ближайшие пять лет. Объект: «12-ый пятилетний план» Предмет: изучение развития онлайн-сектора КНР по плану 12-й пятилетки Работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения и списка литературы. Глава первая посвящена эволюция формирования интернет сектора Китая. Во второй главе работы показала локализацию и социализацию китайских новых медиа. По результатам исследования показывает, что на период «12-й пятилетки», китайское интернет строительство добилось удовлетворительных результатов, также доказывает что «пятилетний план», сформулированный Китаем, имеет сильное принуждение и эффективность. The topic of this graduation thesis is: The development of China's online sector in accordance with the 12th Five Year Plan. The reason why I choose this topic is that China has been accelerating the pace of Internet governance, moving from a leading network power to a powerful network nation actively. The Central Committee of the party and the State Council have implemented the requirements for the development and management of the Internet. The industry and information technology department has compiled the the development plan of Internet industry in the 12th Five-Year in order to guide the development and management of China's Internet industry in the next five years. Object: 12th Five Year Plan Subject: To study the development of China's Internet industry in 12th Five-Year. The first chapter studies the evolution of the Internet industry in China, the policy adopted and prospects for development; the second chapter describes the localization and socialization of the new media in China and the development of micro-blog in China and the rise of the internet celebrity economy. The conclusion of the study confirms that China's Internet industry has achieved satisfactory results during the "12th Five-Year" period, thanks to the strong execution and effectiveness of the "Five Year Plan" in China. The structure of this thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.There are 5 charts, 42 sources and 58 pages in the papar
