Abstract

АННОТАЦИЯ выпускной квалификационной работы студентки Поповой Е. Д. «Современная модель санкт-петербургской муниципальной прессы» Н. рук. – Мисонжников Б. Я., профессор Кафедра цифровых медиакоммуникаций Очная форма обучения Актуальность работы обусловлена тем, что муниципальная пресса Санкт-Петербурга – заметное в количественном плане явление. И, фактически, является самым внушительным сегментом местной прессы. Государственное финансирование позволяет изданиям муниципалитетов быть конкурентоспособными на информационном рынке, что подтверждает стабильный рост количества подобных изданий и их тиражей. Степень научной разработанности проблемы. Теоретическая база работы была составлена из трудов исследователей, в чьи научные интересы входят особенности современного развития российской системы СМИ. К ним относятся работы Я. Н. Засурского, Г. С. Мельник, Б. Я. Мисонжникова, Ю. В. Клюева, Н. В. Тихоновой. Также в качестве теоретической базы в настоящей работе использованы труды по типологизации прессы А. И. Акопова, О. А. Вороновой и В. В. Тулупова. Кроме того, важную часть теории, использованной в данном исследовании, составляют работы современных российских политологов по вопросам функционирования органов местного самоуправления и их информационной политики: А. В. Колотилина, И. В. Юдахиной, В. Н. Парахиной, Ю. А. Нисневича и других. Методы исследования – визуальный анализ, содержательный анализ, а также интервью. Объект исследования – муниципальная пресса как элемент системы местной прессы. Предмет исследования – типологическая модель современных муниципальных изданий Санкт-Петербурга. Цель работы – описать основные условия и особенности функционирования петербургских муниципальных изданий. Поставленная цель предполагает решение следующих задач: – обозначить проблемы развития института муниципальных образований в современной России; – проследить взаимовлияние муниципальной прессы и органов местного самоуправления; – выявить основные тенденции развития петербургской муниципальной прессы; – описать типологический аспект современного петербургского рынка муниципальной прессы. Эмпирическая база работы состоит из муниципальных СМИ, которые являются призерами Фестиваля малой прессы 2018 года. Таким образом, в настоящем исследовании были проанализированы 12 муниципальных изданий города Санкт-Петербурга: газета «Вести Лисьего Носа», газета «Владимирский округ», информационный бюллетень «Ваш Муниципальный», газета «Кронштадтский вестник», газета «Новости Василеостровского района», газета «Финляндский округ», газета «Округ Петровский», газета «Дворцовый округ», газета «Вести Стрельны», газета «Невский округ», газета «Литейный округ», газета «МО Юнтолово». В хронологические рамки исследования вошли номера газет, вышедшие в печать в период с 1 января по 30 апреля 2018 года. Структура выпускной квалификационной работы состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. Основные результаты исследования – в ходе исследования был проведен типологический анализ муниципальных изданий, а также интервью с редакторами анализируемых газет, которые позволили сделать выводы об основных тенденциях и проблемах в развитии петербургской муниципальной прессы.

The theoretical basis of the work was compiled from the works of researchers whose research interests include features of the contemporary development of the Russian media system. Also, as a theoretical basis, this work uses the works on the typologization of the press by AI Akopov, OA Voronova, and VV Tulupov. In addition, an important part of the theory used in this study is the work of modern Russian political scientists on the functioning of local governments and their information policies: A. V. Kolotilina, IV Yudakhina, V. N. Parahina, Yu. A. Nisnevich and others. Methods of research – visual analysis, substantial analysis, interview. The object of research is the municipal press as an element of the local press system. The subject of the study is the typological and content models of modern municipal editions of St. Petersburg. The purpose of the work is to describe the main conditions and peculiarities of the functioning of St. Petersburg municipal publications. The goal is to solve the following tasks: – identify the problems of the development of the institution of municipalities in modern Russia; – to trace the mutual influence of the municipal press and local selfgovernment bodies; – identify the main trends in the development of the St. Petersburg municipal press; – describe the typological and content aspects of the modern St. Petersburg market of the municipal press. The empirical base of work consists of municipal media, which are prizewinners of the Festival of Small Press of 2018. Thus, in this study, 12 municipal publications of the city of St. Petersburg were analyzed: the newspaper Vesti Fox Nosa, the newspaper Vladimirsky District, the newsletter "Your Municipal", the newspaper "Kronstadt Bulletin", the newspaper "News of the Vasileostrovsky district", the newspaper "Finlyandsky District", the newspaper "Okrug Petrovsky", the newspaper "Palace District", the newspaper "Vesti Strelny", the newspaper "Nevsky Okrug", the newspaper "Foundry District", the newspaper "MO Yuntolovo." The chronological scope of the study included the numbers of newspapers published in the period from January 1 to April 30, 2018. The structure of the final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature and applications. The main results of the research were a typological and substantive analysis of municipal publications and interviews with editors of the newspapers analyzed, which allowed to draw conclusions about the main trends and problems in the development of the St. Petersburg municipal press.
