Analysis of enterprise financial status in the crisis management system

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена актуальной теме анализа финансового состояния предприятия в системе антикризисного управления. Объектом исследования является Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Нокиан Тайерс». Предмет исследования – финансовое состояние анализируемого предприятия. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ организации финансового менеджмента на предприятии ООО «Нокиан Тайерс», его соответствия критериям антикризисного управления, а также анализ финансового состояния предприятия. Поставленные в работе задачи обусловили её структуру и логику. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из трёх глав. Первая глава посвящена теоретическим аспектам антикризисного управления и анализа финансового состояния предприятия в системе антикризисного управления. Во второй главе рассмотрена методика проведения анализа финансового состояния предприятия. В рамках третьей главы проанализирована организация финансового менеджмента на исследуемом предприятии с позиции его соответствия антикризисному финансовому управлению; проведён анализ финансового состояния предприятия и на основе проведённого исследования выявлены проблемы финансового положения объекта исследования. Дипломная работа выполнена на 76 страницах, включает 8 приложений, 11 таблиц, 5 рисунков. Список использованной литературы включает 38 источников.

The final qualification work is devoted to the actual topic of analyzing the financial state of the enterprise in the system of crisis management. The object of the study is the Limited Liability Company "Nokia Thiers". The subject of the study is the financial state of the enterprise. The purpose of the final qualifying work is the analysis of the organization of financial management at the enterprise "Nokian Tayers", its compliance with the criteria of crisis management, and analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. The purpose and objectives set in the work determined its structure and logic. The final qualifying work consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical aspects of crisis management and analysis of the financial state of the enterprise in the system of crisis management. The second chapter examines the methodology for conducting an analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. In the framework of the third chapter, the organization of financial management in the enterprise was analyzed from the position of its compliance with anti-crisis financial management; the financial condition of the enterprise was analyzed and on the basis of this analysis problems of a financial position of object of research were revealed. There are 76 pages in the graduate work, it includes 8 applications, 11 tables, 5 pictures. The reference list includes 38 books.
