Improvement of the Logistics Supply Chain of Perishable Export to the Seaports of the Far East Basin

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе были разработаны маршруты поставки скоропортящихся экспортных грузов в морские порты Дальневосточного бассейна с учетом основных критериев работы со скоропортящимися продуктами (1), а также с учетом влияния факторов окружающей среды на цепь поставки (2). Также было проведено совершенствование цепи поставки в морские порты дальневосточного бассейна на примере компании, поставляющей мороженое в Китай. Были предложены и проанализированы новые маршруты цепей поставок. Проведена оценка предложенных вариантов с использованием метода гарантированных достоинств и недостатков. Также было проведено многокритериальное совершенствование цепи поставки с учетом рисков в формате метода дерева решений, что позволяет учесть влияние факторов риска на цепь поставки. Разработанные сценарии помогут упростить компаниям проектирование логистической цепи поставки скоропортящихся экспортных грузов.

In this graduation thesis perishable supply chain scenarios were developed, while various principles in dealing with perishability (1) and the influence of environmental circumstances (2) were taken into account. Also, new routes to the seaports of the Far East basin were proposed and then analyzed. The enhancement of the perishable supply chain was performed on the base of the russian company, which delivers ice cream to China. The evaluation of the proposed options was carried through using the method of guaranteed advantages and disadvantages. A multi-criteria improvement of the supply chain was carried out in the format of a decision tree method, which allows to take into account the influence of risk factors on the perishable supply chain. The developed scenarios can be useful for the companies projecting their logistical chain of perishable export cargoes to simplify the process of designing and gain financial result with minimum risks.
