Budgeting system development in the company

Abstract

САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГСКИЙ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ УНИВЕРСИТЕТ Аннотация к выпускной квалификационной работе на тему «Организация системы бюджетирования в компании» бакалавриата Экономического факультета кафедры экономики предприятия и предпринимательства Суходольской Анастасии Викторовны Научный руководитель: к.э.н., доцент Давыденко Елена Анатольевна В рамках данной выпускной работы рассмотрена роль бюджетирования в процессе стратегического управления компанией, установлены этапы процесса организации системы бюджетирования, проведен анализ системы бюджетирования исследуемой компании. Основываясь на обширном перечне литературных источников, а также на проведенном анализе процесса организации системы бюджетирования, автором работы были разработаны рекомендации по усовершенствованию системы бюджетирования исследуемой компании. Поставленные в работе задачи обусловили структуру и ее логику: она состоит из двух глав. В первой главе изложены теоретические аспекты бюджетирования: раскрыта сущность понятия «бюджетирования», описана роль бюджетирования в процессе управления и достижения поставленных целей, поэтапно описан процесс построения бюджетной структуры, определено понятие цифрового предприятия, описаны этапы на пути к переходу к цифровому предприятию. Во второй главе проведён анализ системы бюджетирования исследуемой компании: изучена бюджетная структура, этапы бюджетного цикла, выявлены существующие проблемы. Также проведён анализ финансового состояния предприятия и определен этап, на котором находится исследуемая компания в процессе перехода к цифровому предприятию, предложены рекомендации по изменению системы бюджетирования исследуемой компании на базе принципов Сбалансированной системы показателей. Дипломная работа выполнена на 143 страницах, включает 44 приложения, 21 таблицу, 17 рисунков. Список использованной литературы включает 65 источников.

Based on the extensive list of literature sources, as well as on the analysis of the budgeting system implementation process, the author developed recommendations for improving the budgeting system of the company under study. The tasks set in the work determined the structure and its logic: it consists of two chapters. The first chapter outlines the theoretical aspects of budgeting: the essence of the concept of "budgeting" is disclosed, the role of budgeting in the management process and achievement of the goals is described, the process of building the budget structure is described step by step, the concept of a digital enterprise is defined, and the stages on the way to the transition to a digital enterprise are described. In the second chapter, an analysis of the budgeting system of the company under investigation was conducted: the budget structure, the stages of the budget cycle, the existing problems were identified. Also, an analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise was conducted and the stage on which the researched company is located in the process of transition to a digital enterprise is determined, recommendations for changing the budgeting system of the company under study based on the principles of the Balanced Scorecard are suggested. There are 143 pages in the graduate work, it includes 44 applications, 21 tables, 17 pictures. The reference list includes 65 books.
