Legal regulation of business enterprise in the BRICS countries

Abstract

В связи с тем, что механизм сотрудничества БРИКС в сферах экономики и финансов только начинает функционировать, детально вопросы правового регулирования предпринимательства в странах БРИКС ранее не исследовались. В работе проведен анализ правового регулирования предпринимательства в странах БРИКС и предложена концепция развития российского законодательства в части регулирования предпринимательской деятельности на основе правового опыта стран этой международной организации, в особенности Китая.

Due to the fact that the BRICS cooperation mechanism in economy and finance is just beginning to function, the issues of entrepreneurship legal regulation in BRICS countries haven't been studied in detail yet. The dissertation analyses the legal regulation of business in BRICS countries and proposes a concept for the development of Russian legislation in regulating entrepreneurial activity based on the legal experience of this international organisation countries, especially China.
