The comparative analysis of wedding vocabulary of the Albanians of South Albania and the Italo-Albanians of Sicily

Abstract

Свадебный обряд является одним из самых сложно устроенных фрагментов традиционной культуры и предоставляет богатый материал для изучения. Данная работа является продолжением уже начатого исследования терминологии свадебной обрядности и посвящена изучению свадебных ритуалов албанской общины на территории Сицилии, а именно наиболее значимой её части, расположенной в Пьяна-дельи-Альбанези, а также сравнительному анализу лексики, обслуживающей сферу свадебной обрядности на территории Албании и Италии. Терминология свадебного обряда представляет собой систему, имеющую свою внутреннюю структуру. В работе были выделены ключевые коды свадьбы для их дальнейшего анализа и выявления сходств и различий в словарном составе тоскского диалекта и арбрешского говора албанского языка.

The wedding ceremony is one of the most eleborate parts of traditional culture and it provides a rich material for a study. This work is the next part of another study that has reciently been contucted and was focused on the terminology of wedding rites in Albanian society located in Sicily, especialy on its most prominent part located in Piana-degli-Albanesi and it was also focused on comparative analysis of lexis that runs in the field of bridal rites on the territory of Albania and Italy. The terminology of the wedding ceremony is a system that has its own internal structure. During the study a number of key paradigms of a wedding ceremony were highlighted for their further analysis and identification of similarities and defferences in the lexis of regional accents of Tosk dialect and Arbresh regional accent of the Albanian language.
