"Restaurant day" as a new socio-cultural practice

Abstract

Аннотация выпускной квалификационной работы ««Ресторанный день» как новая социокультурная практика» студентки II курса магистратуры факультета свободных искусств и наук СПбГУ Золотухиной Татьяны Владимировны. Данная работа посвящена исследованию практики участия в любительском кулинарном фестивале «Ресторанный день». Целью исследования является оценка значимости практики участия в фестивале для социокультурного развития общества. Для описания явления использован социокультурный подход и разработан план описания, применимый для работы с другими социокультурными явлениями. Помимо развлекательной функции, заложенные в идею фестиваля ценности направлены на формирования чувства общности, активного участия, ответственности за свои действия. В ходе работы было проведено анкетирование участников фестиваля с целью выявить их жизненные интересы, выяснить их отношение к фестивалю, а также мотивацию и цели участия. Проведен обзор перспективных направлений развития фестиваля, которые заключаются в привлечении большего количества участников, незаинтересованных в материальной выгоде, что позволит сохранить первоначальную идею фестиваля.

Аnnotation of the final qualifying work «“Restaurant Day” as a New Socio-cultural Practice» by a second-year student of the master's degree of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg State University Zolotukhina Tatiana. This work is devoted to the study of the practice of participation in the amateur culinary festival "Restaurant Day". The purpose of the study is to assess the significance of the practice of participating in the festival for the socio-cultural development of society. A socio-cultural approach was used to describe the phenomenon and a plan that is applicable to work with other socio-cultural phenomena was developed. In addition to entertainment functions, the values laid down in the idea of the festival are aimed at forming a sense of community, active participation, responsibility for participant’s actions. In the course of the work, a questionnaire of the participants of the festival was conducted in order to reveal their interests, to clarify their attitude to the festival, as well as the motivation and goals of participation. The review of perspective directions of the festival's development were carried out, which consist in attracting more participants who are not interested in material benefits that will help to preserve the original idea of the festival.
