В. «Силовая политика латиноамериканских государств по борьбе с наркоторговлей (1999-2016гг.)» Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена изучению эффективности политики, проводимой латиноамериканскими государствами, по борьбе с наркоторговлей. В работе рассмотрена политика и стратегии государств, находящихся в ключевых для латиноамериканской наркоторговли точках: Боливия, Перу, Колумбия, Сальвадор, Гондурас, Гватемала и Мексика. В исследовании будут рассмотрены действия правительств изучаемых государств Латинской Америки с 1999 года по 2016. Эти рамки были выбраны исходя из того, что именно в это время были проведены наиболее значимые для исследования программы силовой политики. Объектом исследования является борьба с наркоторговлей в Латинской Америке. Предметом исследования является эффективность силовой политики латиноамериканских государств. В ходе работы были изучены структуры крупнейших преступных организаций, и как повлияли на них действия правительств изучаемых стран; была изучена законодательная база и основные меры изучаемых государств по противодействию наркоторговле; была определена эффективность применяемых антинаркотических мер. В процессе исследования были сделаны выводы, что исследуемых государства, проводящие силовую политику, не преуспели в снижении оборотов наркоторговли.

Annotation to the Graduation Qualification Paper Shestopalov Mikhail Viacheslavovich "The Hardline-Policy of the Latin American States to Combat Drug Trafficikng (1999-2016)" This Graduation Qualification Paper is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the policy pursued by the Latin American states in combating drug trafficking. The paper examines the policies and strategies of the states that are at key points for the Latin American drug trade: Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico. The study will examine the actions of the governments of the studied states of Latin America from 1999 to 2016. This time-framework was chosen on the basis that it was at this time that the most significant programs of harline-policy were conducted. The object of the study is the fight against drug trafficking in Latin America. The subject of the study is the effectiveness of the power politics of the Latin American states. In the course of the work, the structures of the largest criminal organizations were studied, and how the actions of the governments of the countries studied influenced them; The legislative base and the main measures of the states studied in counteracting drug trafficking were studied; The effectiveness of the anti-drug measures used was determined. In the process of the study, it was concluded that the states, pursuing a hardline-policy, did not succeed in reducing the growth rates of drug trafficking.
