Service quality management: A case study of Veeam Software

Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена управлению качеством обслуживания клиентов на примере компании «Veeam Software», предлагающей программное обеспечение для облачных хранилищ. Основное внимание консалтингового проекта сосредоточено на отделе технической поддержки клиентов (support department). Результатом данной работы будет новая модель управления качеством обслуживания клиентов для отдела технической поддержки компании «Veeam Software», которая будет способствовать достижению новой стратегической цели – выхода на рынок промышленных предприятий. В процессе работы были выполнены следующие задачи: • Написан аналитический отчет по управлению качеством – обобщение теоретического материала по теме • Проведен анализ существующей модели управления качеством обслуживания клиентов в компании «Veeam Software» • Выявлены проблемы в существующей модели • Разработна новую модель системы менеджмента качества для отдела технической поддержки клиентов • Выявилены и исправоены недостатки на основе полученной от компании обратной связи • Подведены итоги

This final qualifying work is devoted to customer service quality management using the example of Veeam Software, which offers software for cloud storage. The main focus of the consulting project is focused on the department of customer support (support department). The result of this work will be a new model of customer service quality management for the technical support department of Veeam Software, which will contribute to the achievement of a new strategic goal - entering the market of industrial enterprises. In the process of work the following tasks were performed: • An analytical report on quality management is written - a synthesis of theoretical material on the topic • The analysis of the existing model of quality management of customer service in the company «Veeam Software» • Identified problems in the existing model • A new model of the quality management system for the customer support department was developed • Deficiencies are identified and corrected based on the feedback received from the company • Summary of the results
