Institutional aspects of state regulation of the innovation activities of small business entities

Abstract

Инновационная система страны нуждается в пересмотре некоторых институциональных основ ее регулирования. Актуальность темы определяется необходимостью пересмотра приоритетов инновационной политики страны, форм и методов поддержки инновационной деятельности, и, как следствие, увеличением числа предприятий в секторе малого инновационного бизнеса. Сектор малого инновационного бизнеса играет ключевую роль в формировании инновационного потенциала страны, поскольку является главным драйвером для создания инноваций. Для успешного развития инновационного потенциала малого инновационного бизнеса требуется, в свою очередь, проанализировать приоритетные направления его стимулирования и дальнейшего развития. Текущее исследование содержит теоретические и практические сведения о возможных направлениях для совершенствования направлений государственного регулирования малого инновационного бизнеса как ведущего драйвера для создания инновационного потенциала страны.

The country's innovation system needs to reconsider some institutional framework for its regulation. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to review the priorities of the country's innovation policy, the forms and methods of supporting innovation, and, as a consequence, the increase in the number of enterprises in the small innovative business sector. The small innovative business sector plays a key role in shaping the country's innovative potential, because it is the main driver for creating innovations in the national innovation system. To successfully develop the innovative potential of small innovative business, it is required to analyze the priorities of its stimulation and further development. The current research contains theoretical and practical information on possible directions for improving the direction of state regulation of small innovative business as the leading driver for creating an innovative potential of the country.
