Improving corporate organisational culture through human resource management tools

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрены теоретические основы управления организационной культурой и методологические аспекты её развития с помощью инструментов управления персоналом. На примере ЧОУ «“Биг Бен” – центр изучения английского языка» проанализирована специфика совершенствования организационной культуры исходя из вектора развития последней, определенного путём анкетирования. Выявлены проблемные зоны, связанные с конкретными элементами культуры компании, даны рекомендации.

In the final qualifying work author considers the fundamentals of organizational culture management and methodological aspects of it's development applying the personnel management tools. Using private educational institution "Big Ben – the center of learning English" as example, author analyzes the specifics of of organizational culture development based on it's vector, that was determined by questionnaire. There are identified problem areas related to specific elements of company culture. Also there are specific recommendations.
