Formation of the television sports reportage in the USSR in the 1950s–1960: The problem of genre adaptation

Аннотация выпускной квалификационной работы ЩЕРБАКОВА Никиты Станиславовича СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ТЕЛЕВИЗИОННОГО СПОРТИВНОГО РЕПОРТАЖА В СССР В 1950-1960-Е ГОДЫ: ПРОБЛЕМА АДАПТАЦИИ ЖАНРА Н.рук. – Алексеев Константин Александрович, канд. филол. наук, доцент Кафедра истории журналистики Очная форма обучения Актуальность темы дипломной работы определяется тем, что даже в наши дни спортивные комментаторы остаются представителями эксклюзивной профессии. Долгое же время в советский период комментаторов было несколько человек на все центральное радио и телевидение – они закладывали основы профессии, формировали представления об эталонах мастерства, важные и сегодня. Научная новизна работы заключается в том, что в ней используется возможность введения нового эмпирического материала, характеризующего сложный процесс освоения прямого телерепортажа В. Синявским и Н. Озеровым. Цель работы – выяснение обстоятельств адаптации жанра спортивного репортажа в процессе его перехода с радио на телевидение, осуществленного В. Синявским и Н. Озеровым, в оценке их современников. Задачи работы: 1) проанализировать существующую литературу, посвященную истории становления жанра репортажа в спортивной радио и тележурналистике; 2) провести сравнительный анализ ведения эфиров Н. Озеровым и В. Синявским с точки зрения сопоставления двух творческих манер; 3) показать различия в ведении журналистами спортивных репортажей на радио и на телевидении; 4) выявить реакцию спортивного сообщества на репортажи В. Синявского и Н. Озерова при переходе их к работе на телевидении. Объектом исследования являются особенности развития отечественной радийной и телевизионной спортивной журналистики 1950-70-х гг. на примере становления жанра спортивного репортажа. Предметом исследования является реакция профессиональной общественности на процесс адаптации жанра спортивного репортажа к требованиям телевидения в исполнении Н.Н. Озерова и В.С. Синявского. Заключения и выводы в работе основаны на материале публикаций в специализированных журналах, посвященных спорту (еженедельник «Футбол»/«Футбол-Хоккей» с 1960 по 1970 годы), радио и телевидению (ежемесячный журнал «Советское радио и телевидение» с 1957 по 1970 годы). По итогам исследования был сформулирован и обоснован главный вывод, что В. Синявскому переход на телевидение дался тяжелее, чему причиной были прочно укоренившиеся навыки радиокомментатора. Н. Озеров, наоборот, сумел раскрыться с новой стороны именно на телевидении, обрел уверенность и стал главным голосом спортивного телерепортажа, как до него главным голосом радийных трансляций был Вадим Синявский. Annotation of the graduate qualifying work Shcherbakov Nikita Stanislavovich Becoming of television sports reportage in USSR in the 1950-1960-ies: the adaptation problem of the genre Scientific director – Alekseev Konstantin Alexandrovich, candidate of philology, assistant professor Department of Journalism History Full-time education The relevance of this graduate work is determined by the fact that even today sports commentators remain being the representatives of the exclusive profession. For a long time in the Soviet period there were several sportscasters for all the central radio and television that established the basis of the profession and formed views about the craftsmanship that also have significance nowadays. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that this graduate work contains the opportunity of the new empirical material characterizing complicated process of mastering the direct television sportscast by V. Sinyavsky and N. Ozerov usage. The purpose of the work is to clarify the sportscast genre’s adaptation’s circumstances during the process of switching from radio to television implemented by V. Sinyavsky and N. Ozerov in the valuation of their contemporaries. The objectives of the graduate work: 1) To analyze the existing literature devoted to the process of the sportscasting genre development in radio- and television journalism. 2) To carry out a comparative analysis of V. Sinyavsky and N. Ozerov’s sportscasting methods from the point of comparing the two creative manners. 3) To show the differences in the conduct of journalists’ sports reporting on radio and television. 4) To reveal the reaction of the sports community to the sportscasts of V. Sinyavsky and N. Ozerov upon their switching to work on television. The object of the work is peculiarities of the domestic radio and television sports journalism development of the 1950-1970-th on the example of the sportscasts genre becoming. The subject of the study is the reaction of the professional community to the process of adapting the genre of sports reporting the requirements of television in the performance of N.N. Ozerov and V.S.Sinyavsky. Conclusions and findings are based on publications in specialized magazines devoted to sports (the weekly “Football”/”Football-Hockey” from 1960 to 1970) and to radio and television (the monthly magazine “Soviet Radio and Television” from 1957 to 1970). Based on the results of the research, the main conclusion was formulated and substantiated that on one hand V.Sinyavsky’s transition to television was harder due to the firmly entrenched radio commentator skills. On the other hand, N.Ozerov managed to reveal himself from the new side exactly on television, gained self-confidence and became the main voice of sports TV reportage as well as Vadim Sinyavsky was the most outstanding radio sportscaster.
