Abstract

Цель исследования состоит в изучении теоретических и практических аспектов коммуникационных технологий противодействия экстремизму и терроризму в Российской Федерации. Отсюда следует несколько задач: 1. Выявление единиц и элементов, включенных в структуру коммуникационной стратегии. 2. Определение методологии их исследования. 3. Анализ текстов, каналов и способов коммуникации в рамках исследуемой проблематики. 4. Оценка эффективности используемых технологий противодействия терроризму и экстремизму в РФ, выявление слабых сторон и аспектов коммуникационной стратегии. Объектом данной работы выступают информационно-коммуникационные технологии, а предметом – коммуникационная стратегия противодействия терроризму и экстремизму в социально-политической системе РФ. Научно-методической базой исследования стали нормативные акты и работы, посвященные проблематике коммуникационных технологий противодействия экстремизму и терроризму в РФ: Азева С. В, Антипенко В. Ф., Базаркина Д.Ю., Колобов О.А., Полежаев А.П., Савелий М.Ф., Шамов М.И. и др. Эмпирическая база состоит из: материалов, размещенных на официальных сайтах государственных структур, стенограмм интервью с экспертами. В работе использованы методы: контент-анализ, экспертное интервью, структурно-функциональный анализ. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. В первой главе анализируются теоретико-методологические основания изучения коммуникационных технологий противодействия терроризму и экстремизму в РФ. Во второй главе проводится эмпирическое исследование и выявляются актуальные коммуникационные технологии противодействия терроризму и экстремизму в РФ. В заключении подводятся итоги проведенного исследования, формулируются основные выводы.

The aim of this study is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of communication technologies for countering extremism and terrorism in the Russian Federation. The objectives were: 1. Identify the units and elements included in the structure of the communication strategy. 2. Definition of the methodology of their research. 3. Analysis of texts, channels and ways of communication within the scope of the issues under study. 4. Assessing the effectiveness of the technologies used to counter terrorism and extremism in the Russian Federation, identifying weaknesses and aspects of the communication strategy. The object of this work is information and communication technologies, and the subject is the communication strategy of countering terrorism and extremism in the socio-political system of the Russian Federation. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are the the normative acts and monographs devoted to the problem of communication technologies for countering extremism and terrorism in the Russian Federation: Azeva S., Antipenko V., Bazarkina D., Kolobov O., Polezhaev A. , Saveliy M., Shamov M. and etc. The empirical basis of the study consists of materials on official websites of state structures, transcripts of interviews with experts. The methods used are: content analysis, expert interview, structural and functional analysis. The structure of the work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, a list of references and an attachments. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of communication technologies for countering terrorism and extremism in the Russian Federation are analyzed. In the second chapter, an empirical study is conducted and topical communication technologies for countering terrorism and extremism in the Russian Federation are revealed. In conclusion, the results of the study are summarized and the main conclusions are formulated
