The theory and practice of attaining immortality in the Taoism of the Six Dynasties period, from the 3rd to 6th centuries

Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Теории и практики обретения бессмертия в даосизме эпохи Шести династий III – VI века». Предметом исследования являются три даосские школы, которые сформировались во времена Шести династий (III – VI века) в культуре Китая: «Школа письмена трех Августейших» (Саньхуанвэнь), «Школа Высшей Чистоты» (Шанцин) и «Школа Духовной Драгоценности» (Линбао) и теории и практики обретения бессмертия, сложившиеся в данных школах. Цель работы: на основе изучения и анализа научной литературы по данной теме выявить теории и практики обретения бессмертия, которые сформировались в даосских школах в культуре Китая в период Шести династий (III – VI вв.). Предлагаемая выпускная квалификационная работа обладает следующим строением: работа состоит из Введения, двух глав (и подглав), Заключения и Списка литературы. Во Введение поставлена цель работы и необходимость решить соответствующие задачи, обоснована актуальность работы, приведена основная научная литература. В первой главе дана культурно – историческая справка о положении дел в Китае в период Шести династий Лючао 六朝 (220 – 581 гг. н.э.), разбирается понятие «китайская даосская алхимия», разница между подготовительными практиками обретения бессмертия и практиками внутренней и внешней алхимией (глава 1.1.). Далее разбирается представления о жизни и смерти в китайской культуре, структура души и значение феномена бессмертия в культуре Китая (глава 1.2.). Далее мы выделяем даосские школы времён Шести династий (III – VI вв. н.э.) и даём краткую характеристику каждой из школ: «Школа Письмена трёх Августейших», «Школа Высшей Чистоты» и «Школа Духовной Драгоценности» (глава 1.3.). Во второй главе рассматриваются практики обретения бессмертия в традиции школы «Письмена трёх Августейших» на примере внутренней части произведения Гэ Хуна «Баопу цзы», практики обретения бессмертия в традиции школы «Высшей чистоты» на примере произведения «Книга Жёлтого дворика» и практики обретения бессмертия в традиции «Школы Духовной Драгоценности» на примере произведения «Книга пяти талисманов». Сначала рассматривается биография и творчество представителя школы Саньхуанвэнь Гэ Хуна 葛洪 и его произведение «Мудрец, Объемлющий Первозданную Простоту» «Баопу цзы» 抱朴子(глава 2.1.1.). На примере внутренней части трактата «Баопу цзы» мы описываем даосские практики, при помощи которых люди могли продлить свою жизнь и обрести бессмертие. Сначала рассматриваются подготовительные даосские практики: дыхательные упражнения, гимнастика даоинь, «искусство внутренних покоев» (сексуальные практики) и практики внутренне алхимии: созерцательные практики (глава. 2.1.2.). Потом рассматриваются практики внешней алхимии: эликсиры бессмертия, их классификация и краткий обзор каждой категории эликсиров (глава 2.1.3.). Также мы рассматриваем особенности практик обретения долголетия и бессмертия в даосской школе «Высшей чистоты» на примере текста «Книга Жёлтого дворика» (глава 2.2.) и практики обретения бессмертия в традиции «Школы Духовной Драгоценности» на примере произведения «Книга пяти талисманов» (глава 2.3.). В Заключение сделаны выводы, которые вытекают из поставленной цели и задач. Список литературы составляет 38 единиц: 19 источников на русском языке, 11 источников на английском языке и 8 источников на китайском языке. Объем дипломного проекта – 70 страниц.

The theme of the final qualifying work: "Theories and practices of obtaining immortality in Taoism of the era of the Six Dynasties of III - VI century." The subject of the study is the three Taoist schools that were formed during the Six Dynasties (III-VI centuries) in the culture of China: "The School of the Letter of the Three Augustes" (Sanhuangwen), "School of Higher Purity" (Shangqing) and "School of the Spiritual Jewel" (Linbao) and the theory and practice of attaining immortality that have developed in these schools. The purpose of the work: on the basis of the study and analysis of scientific literature on this topic, to reveal the theories and practices of attaining immortality that were formed in Taoist schools in the culture of China during the Six Dynasties (III-VI centuries). The proposed graduate qualification work has the following structure: the work consists of an Introduction, two chapters (and sub-chapters), Conclusions and a List of Literature. The Introduction sets the goal of the work and the need to solve the corresponding tasks, the relevance of the work is substantiated, the main scientific literature is given. The first chapter gives a cultural and historical reference on the state of affairs in China during the Six Dynasties of Luchao 六朝 (220-581 AD), the concept of "Chinese Taoist alchemy", the difference between the preparatory practices of immortality and the practices of internal and external Alchemy (chapter 1.1.). Further, he understands the notion of life and death in Chinese culture, the structure of the soul and the importance of the phenomenon of immortality in the culture of China (chapter 1.2.). Next, we distinguish the Taoist schools of the Six Dynasties (III-VI centuries AD) and give a brief description of each school: "The School of the Letter of the Three Ages", "School of Higher Purity" and "School of Spiritual Jewel" (chapter 1.3.). . In the second chapter, the practice of attaining immortality in the tradition of the school of the "Letter of the Three Ages" is examined on the example of the inner part of the work of Ge Hoon "Baop Tzu", the practice of gaining immortality in the tradition of the School of "Highest Purity" using the example of the book "The Yellow Yard Book" and the practice of gaining immortality in Traditions of the School of the Spiritual Jewel on the example of the book The Book of Five Talismans. Firstly, the biography and work of the representative of the Sanhuangwen Ge Hun school 葛洪 and his work "The Sage Surrounding the Primeval Simplicity" "Baopu Tzu" 抱朴子 (chapter 2.1.1.) Are considered first. On the example of the inner part of the treatise "Baop Tzu" we describe the Taoist practices through which people could extend their lives and gain immortality. First, preparatory Taoist practices are considered: breathing exercises, daoin gymnastics, "art of inner chambers" (sexual practices), and practices of internal alchemy: contemplative practices (chapter 2.1.2.). Then the practices of external alchemy are considered: the elixirs of immortality, their classification and a brief overview of each category of elixirs (chapter 2.1.3.). We also consider the peculiarities of the practice of attaining longevity and immortality in the Taoist school of "Highest Purity" using the example of the text "Book of the Yellow Yard" (chapter 2.2.) And the practice of gaining immortality in the tradition of the "School of the Spiritual Jewel" on the example of the work "The Book of Five Talismans" (chapter 2.3.). The Conclusion draws conclusions that follow from the stated goal and objectives. The list of literature is 38 units: 19 sources in Russian, 11 sources in English and 8 sources in Chinese. The volume of the thesis project is 70 pages.
