Problems of antisocial behaviour in Weimar Republic

Abstract

В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы девиантного поведения в Веймарской республике. В поле зрения автора, в первую очередь, попадают проблемы гомосексуальности и проституции. В этих сферах происходила борьба за гражданские права и декриминализацию этих форм поведения, воспринимаемых современниками как девиации. Рассматривается процесс изменений государственного контроля над областью морали и сексуальности на основе анализа правовых норм Веймарской Германии и материалов публицистического характера

In this work are problems of deviant behavior in the Weimar republic considered. In the author's view are, first of all, the problems of homosexuality and prostitution. In these spheres there was a fight for the civil rights and decriminalization of these forms of behavior, which were perceived by contemporaries as deviations. Process of changes of the state control over area of morals and sexuality is on the basis of the analysis of law precepts of the Weimar Germany and publicistic character materials analyzed.
