The gastronomic cultural code in Russian proverbs (against the background of the Chinese language).

Abstract

В диссертационном исследовании речь идёт о выявлении лингвокультурологической специфики, сходств и различий в представлении о еде русских и китайцев, совпадений и расхождений паремий, связанных с едой. В первой главе рассматриваются понятия «лингвокультурология», «языковая картина мира», «код культуры», «паремия», «пословица», «поговорка». В практической части проводится лингвокультурологический анализ русских и китайских паремий, отобранных из русских и китайских словарей пословиц и поговорок, определяются толкования ключевых слов паремиологических единиц и паремий, предлагаются контексты употребления паремий.

In the research of thesis we discuss linguistic cultural specificities, similarities, differences of Russian and Chinese conceptions about food, concurrences and discrepancies of paremias, associated with food. In the first chapter we explore the notions: linguistic culturology, language picture of the world, culture code, proverb, common sayings. In the practical part, after selecting the paremias from Russian and Chinese dictionaries of proverbs and sayings, we analysis them from the linguistic culturological aspect, define the definition of keywords of paremias and the interpretation of paremias, offer the contexts of paremias.
